The homecoming ceremony will be between the Jr. Boys and Jr. Girls game at approximately 5:00p.m. Homecoming participants need to be at the gym no later than 4:30p.m.

Due to potential winter weather, the Sr. Boys will now play in the ArVest Tournament tomorrow at 5:30pm. A link to the livestream will be posted to the district Facebook page tomorrow when available.
Schedule Change - The 7th grade girls basketball team will not play tonight. Jr. and Sr. Girls will still play Hillcrest at home starting at 5:00pm.
Cedar Ridge Early Childhood is hosting their Annual Trunk-or-Treat tomorrow evening from 6:00pm-7:30pm. We encourage the community to come out and enjoy trick-or-treating! Our show team will have animals for children to view as well. Parking will be available in front of the Cedar Ridge elementary building.
Reminder: K-12 picture retakes are tomorrow. Elementary pictures will be in the morning, and high school pictures will follow. Students should have proofs if they had their picture made.
The Cedar Ridge Volleyball team will play in the State Tournament at Mansfield tomorrow at 4pm. There will be a send-off tomorrow morning at 8:30am. The bus route for the send-off is as follows: leave from the gym, enter through the middle school/cafeteria entrance, travel under the high school awning, travel past the bus barn, behind the elementary, out through the gates by the football field, right on 14th street, left on N Hill St. The bus will travel to Mansfield from this point.

Cedar Ridge School District experienced a notification of a potential natural gas concern at approximately 2:45 pm on Friday, October 21, 2022. This created a recommended emergency evacuation of all students and staff members from all buildings. Many have belongings that need to be collected from buildings.
Inspections of all classrooms have been conducted and have been deemed to be safe for temporary entry to quickly collect necessary belongings.
The preschool, elementary, middle, and high school will be open from 1:00-3:00 pm Saturday, October 22 for students and staff to pick up their backpacks, Chromebooks, and any items that may be needed during the potential repair.

The jr high volleyball team will play Saturday at 9:00 am at Ridgefield in the district tournament. The bus will LEAVE at 7:30 am from the gym. Players need to be at the gym no later than 7:15 to get ready to leave.
5th and 6th grade football practice is canceled for tonight.
Senior Night for football, golf, volleyball, and tennis will be held TOMORROW night in-between the Jr. High and Sr. High football games.
The Jr. High football game against Cutter-Morningstar starts tomorrow at 5:30pm.
FLU CLINIC | The Independence County Health Department will be on campus on Tuesday, October 18th at 8am to administer free flu vaccines. Vaccines will only be administered to those who have completed paperwork. Paperwork has been sent home with students, and needs to be returned by tomorrow, Friday, October 14th.
