Jr. High Tournament at Hillcrest- The Jr. boys tournament finals, Cedar Ridge vs Corning will be played Saturday, Jan. 15th beginning at 11:00 am.
Basketball games with Melbourne will still be played tomorrow, January 14th beginning at 4:30pm.
Due to the increasing number of covid-related absences, Cedar Ridge High School will take an AMI Day tomorrow, Friday, January 14th. Elementary and Early Childhood buildings will still be OPEN. High school students will work on AMI packets #2. If you have any questions about your child’s AMI work, please reach out to your child’s teachers.
Please remember that school will be out on Monday, January 17th (all buildings, except for those bringing children to Early Childhood).

Elementary Basketball: The 5th & 6th grade boys and girls play at home tonight. Games will be in the following order 5B, 6B, 5G, 6G. Games begin at 5:00pm.
Jr. High Tournament at Hillcrest-The Jr. Boys will play tomorrow, Jan 8th at 3:40pm. The Jr. Girls will play Monday, Jan. 10th at 4:00pm. Both games will be played at Hillcrest.
Tomorrow, Friday January 7th Cedar Ridge Schools will use an AMI day. AMI packets were sent home with all students today. AMI assignments have also been uploaded to Google Classroom for students in grades 6-12. Students are required to complete their AMI assignments labeled Day 1. Remember, in order for students to be counted present on this day, they must complete their AMI Day 1 work. For more information on AMI Day assignments, feel free to email your child’s teacher.
Due to inclement weather and road conditions, the Cedar Ridge School District will be dismissing today, January 6th, at noon (12:00pm) and taking an AMI day tomorrow, January 7th. Keep warm, and stay safe!

The schedule for tonight’s basketball games at Calico Rock has changed. Ballgames will start at 5:00 and will be played in the following order: Jr. Girls, Jr. Boys, & Sr. Boys. The Sr. Girls game has been canceled.
BOOK CHARACTER PARADE | Tomorrow at 8:15am
Students will be dressed up as their favorite book character! Parents are invited to come out and enjoy the Book Character Parade. We will be conducting the parade outside on the front sidewalk at 8:15am. Parents can stand in the front driveway or parking area while students will be assembled on the grass area in front of the building. To support all K-5 students’ feelings of safety and security in our building, violent or frightening character costumes are not acceptable. No fake blood, weapons or dangerous-looking items will be permitted to accompany any character costume.
