SOFTBALL: There will be no Jr. High softball game today. Varsity and JV softball starts at 4:00pm today at Highland.
Reminder: There will be NO SCHOOL on Monday, April 8th due to the large number of people expected to be visiting our area to view the solar eclipse. Eclipse glasses are being sent home with your child this week.
This Thursday, August 4th, we will have preschool graduation, elementary choir, archery, softball and baseball pictures. After these school pictures, senior group pictures will be taken.
On Wednesday, April 10th students in grades 6 and 8 will be screened for scoliosis. If you do not want your child screened for scoliosis, you must let the school nurse know in writing at least three days before the screening date. Softball Change: The softball game scheduled for tomorrow, April 2nd will be played at home against Quitman with a 4:00pm start.
Softball Time Change: The softball game scheduled for today will begin at 5:00pm to allow the field some extra drying time. The baseball game will begin at 4:30pm as scheduled.
The Jr. High baseball game scheduled for this afternoon has been canceled due to weather. Sr. High games will still be played at 4:00pm.
Reminder: Summer Baseball, Softball, & T-Ball Forms are due back on Friday, March 15th.
Softball & Baseball Changes: Tomorrow's baseball games at Newport have been canceled, and tomorrow's softball games against Hillcrest will be rescheduled at a later date. Friday's games against White County Central have been moved to TOMORROW, Thursday March 14th at home. Sr. High softball and Sr. High baseball both start at 4:00pm with one Jr. High baseball game to follow.
Sr. High softball plays at 1:00pm at Heber Springs on Saturday, March 16th.
Softball Change: This Thursday, March 14th, the Jr. Girls will play the first game at home beginning at 4:00pm with Sr. Girls to follow.
This Saturday, March 16th, Sr. Girls softball will play at Heber Springs at 12:00pm and 1:30pm.

Baseball Changes: Today's baseball game at Quitman has been canceled and rescheduled for April 11th at 4:30pm. Tomorrow's game at Bradford has been canceled and will be rescheduled at a later date. The first Jr. High game will be this coming Monday, March 11th after the Sr. High game vs. Bee Branch at Home.
The Jr. Boys baseball game scheduled for today vs. Tuckerman is canceled, and will be rescheduled at a later date.
The softball games scheduled for tomorrow, March 7th at Hillcrest have been canceled.
Kindergarten Cap & Gown Pictures - Next Monday, March 11th, Kindergarten students will be taking Cap and Gown pictures in the Elementary Library. A cap and gown will be provided to each student for their picture. Pictures are free. Digital files will be sent to parents, and a free 4x6 will be sent home as well.
The home varsity softball game for tomorrow, March 5th against Sloan-Hendrix will begin at 4:30pm with a Jr. High game to follow. The varsity baseball game will also begin at 4:30pm.
Choir Concert: Join us at the Choir Concert tonight at 6:00pm in the High School Commons area! Elementary, Middle, and High School Choirs will be performing.
All interested in trying out for Cheer: Mandatory Parent Meeting on Sunday, March 3rd at 2pm in the High School Gym. Athletes must come with their parent/guardian. You can not tryout for cheer unless a parent/guardian attends. Again, this is MANDATORY for those wanting to tryout for the 2024-25 Cheer season.
Thursday's baseball game with Westside Jonesboro has been canceled. The first game of the season will be Monday, February 26th at Tuckerman starting at 4:00pm.
