Starting tomorrow, Jr. high and Sr. high volleyball practices will be combined and will be from 9:00am to 10:30am.
The next ACT Test date is July 16, the deadline to register is June 17.

Reminder: Volleyball practices are every Monday - Thursday.
Sr. High practices are 9:00 - 10:30a.m. in the High School gym.
Jr. High practices are 10:30-12:00. Mondays and Wednesdays in the High School gym. Tuesdays and Thursdays, they are in the Elementary gym.
That being said, there will be no practice this Thursday, June 9th.
Any girls that are planning on/interested in playing volleyball need to be at practices to get prepared for the upcoming season.

Cedar Ridge Football summer workouts for junior high and senior high will begin Tuesday, May 31 from 9am-10am. Schedules will be given out to take home on Tuesday.
Join us tomorrow, Saturday May 21st for the Annual FFA Dinner & Auction. Dinner is at 5:00pm and auction begins at 6:00pm. Dinner choices are Chicken Strip dinner $18, Crawfish boil dinner $20 and Shrimp boil dinner $22. Dinner and auction will be in the Elementary Cafeteria. We hope to see you there.
Reminder: 8th grade parent night is tonight at 5:30pm in the High School Library. We will discuss the changes your student will have moving from middle school to high school, including graduation requirements and new extracurricular and academic opportunities students have in high school. We will answer any question you have about your child’s move to high school. We hope to see you there.
Reminder: The Lady Timberwolf Softball Camp for grades 2-5 is this Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Students will stay at the elementary after school and wait for Coach Rider to pick them up and take them to the fields. Please do not send your child to the field without supervision.

The 2A Regional Softball tournament will be held at Southside Bee Branch. All games have been moved back 2 hours due to field conditions. The Lady Timberwolves will play tonight at 7:30pm. Reminder: The Sr. Parade is this Saturday at 10:00am. Lineup will be at the parking lot in front of the gym. Please arrive early. Things to remember, you cannot drive yourself, you must ride wearing caps & gowns (must be returned to school after the parade). You can make signs and decorate your vehicle; you can also throw candy if you wish. You must provide your own vehicle or may ride with other graduates from your class. Students in grades 3-5 will be taking the ACT Aspire next week. Students need to get plenty of sleep, eat a good breakfast and be here by 7:45am each morning.

Bring your future Timberwolf to Cedar Ridge Elementary THIS FRIDAY anytime from 8:30am-4:00pm to register them for the 2022-23 school year! The first 30 students to register will receive a goodie bag! Please bring your child's birth certificate, immunization records, social security card, and updated physical. Screeners will take place that day for students who do not attend CR Early Childhood. If your child is unable to attend, we will schedule screeners on May 25, 26, and 27.
Students in grades 8th through 10th will be taking the ACT Aspire Wed-Thurs.
Students need to have their chromebooks charged, get a good night's sleep, eat a good breakfast and be here by 7:50am each morning.
As we began our ACT Aspire testing with 6th and 7th grades, we paused to celebrate 100% attendance today with these two grades. This is a great accomplishment and these students will be rewarded accordingly! Keep up the good work Timberwolves!
The Sr. High Boys district tournament games scheduled for today have been postponed due to the weather. The Sr. Boys will play tomorrow at 4:00pm. There will be no baseball games at Highland today. Sr. High Softball will play at 7:00pm tomorrow. District tournament games are at Salem.
