The 4-6 grade basketball games scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday Feb 1st at Weiner have been cancelled.
Basketball Schedule Correction: The JB, SG, SB play at Salem tonight. Games will start at 5:00p.m.
Elementary Basketball: The 4th, 5th & 6th grade boys and girls play Saturday Jan. 29 at McCrory. Games will be in the high school gym and in the following order 4G, 5G, 6G, 4B, 5B, 6B, Games begin at 10:00a.m. Each game last approximately 30-45 min.
Due to COVID, there have been many updates to the basketball schedule. The remaining games are as follows:
Monday, Jan. 24: 7B, SG, SB 5:00 at Midland.
Tuesday, Jan. 25: JG, JB, SG, SB 4:30 at Sloan Hendrix
Thursday, Jan. 27: JG, JB, SG, SB 4:30 at WCC
Friday, Jan. 28: JB, SG, SB 4:30 at Home vs. Tuckerman
Monday, Jan. 31: JB, SG, SB 4:30 at Salem
Tonight we will recognize our seniors for basketball, bowling, and wrestling. Games will begin at 5:00p.m. and are as follows; JB, SG, SB. Senior night recognition will be immediately after the senior girls game.
Tomorrow Jan. 22, the 7G, 7B, JG (jv), JB (jv) play Cave City at Home. Games begin at 9:30a.m.
Elementary Basketball Tomorrow at Swifton: The 4th, 5th & 6th grade boys and girls play at Swifton tomorrow. Games will be in the following order 4G, 4B, 5G, 5B, 6G, 6B, Games begin at 10:00a.m., each game last approximately 30 min.
The basketball games scheduled for Monday, Jan. 17th at Midland have been cancelled due to COVID concerns with the Midland teams. We will let everyone know of the rescheduled date as soon as a date is determined.
The basketball games scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 18th at Salem have been rescheduled to Monday, Jan. 31st due to COVID issues with the Salem teams. The Tuckerman games that were cancelled on Tuesday will be played on Jan. 28th at home.
Don't forget! There will be no school on Monday, January 17th.
Jr. High Tournament at Hillcrest- The Jr. boys tournament finals, Cedar Ridge vs Corning will be played Saturday, Jan. 15th beginning at 11:00 am.
Basketball games with Melbourne will still be played tomorrow, January 14th beginning at 4:30pm.
Due to the increasing number of covid-related absences, Cedar Ridge High School will take an AMI Day tomorrow, Friday, January 14th. Elementary and Early Childhood buildings will still be OPEN. High school students will work on AMI packets #2. If you have any questions about your child’s AMI work, please reach out to your child’s teachers.
Please remember that school will be out on Monday, January 17th (all buildings, except for those bringing children to Early Childhood).

Tomorrow, Friday January 7th Cedar Ridge Schools will use an AMI day. AMI packets were sent home with all students today. AMI assignments have also been uploaded to Google Classroom for students in grades 6-12. Students are required to complete their AMI assignments labeled Day 1. Remember, in order for students to be counted present on this day, they must complete their AMI Day 1 work. For more information on AMI Day assignments, feel free to email your child’s teacher.
