Band, bowling, and basketball athletes were recognized in between the girls and boys basketball games, along with a Little Dribblers performance during halftime of the girls game. Nine seniors played against Mountain View in the last home game of their basketball career before gearing up to head to the district tournament at White County Central next week. Both Timberwolf teams fought hard but fell short, with the Lady Yellowjackets winning 60-47, and the Yellowjackets coming out at 81-60 during the boys game.

Senior Lady Timberwolf Maddi Rider was the top scorer in Tuesday’s game, coming out with 15 points, 12 of which were in the second half. Allie Pankey added 14. “This outstanding group of young athletes will be missed,” says Lady Timberwolf Head Coach Rebecca Rider on Senior Night. “We wish them the very best in all future endeavors. Your next chapter is going to be amazing!”

Jerrit Pectol, Senior, led the Timberwolves with 13 points. Caden Griffin added 11 and Easton Griffin also added 11. “I appreciate everyone coming out to support these guys in their last home game,” says Timberwolf Head Coach Cody Edgar. “They have played a huge role in making the program respectable and competitive.” This is Coach Edgar’s first year at the Cedar Ridge School District.
