Cedar Ridge hereby provides public notice of its intent to apply for funding under the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Grant Program through the Arkansas Department of Education.

The purpose of the 21st CCLC program is to establish or expand community learning centers that provide students with academic enrichment opportunities during non-school hours, including before school, after school, and summer programs. These services are designed to help students meet state and local academic standards in core subject areas, as well as to offer enrichment activities such as STEM, arts, career exploration, and family engagement opportunities.

The proposed program will serve students and families within the Cedar Ridge community, with a focus on improving academic achievement, supporting positive youth development, and increasing family involvement.

Stakeholders, including parents, community members, and local organizations, are encouraged to provide input regarding the development of this grant application.
