Notice is hereby given that on May 1st, 2024, the Cedar Ridge School District intends to destroy all Special Education records for students who have graduated, moved, dropped, been dismissed, or were found ineligible for services during the 2017-2018 school year. In accordance with State and Federal guidelines, Special Education records are maintained for six years after the student exits the program. Parents of these children have the right to review and/or receive these records before they are destroyed. If you are a student and requesting your records, you must be at least eighteen. For more information, please get in touch with Jessica Pretty, Special Education Supervisor, at jessica.pretty@cedarwolves.org or 870-201-2755.

THESE RECORDS ARE NOT THE STUDENTS PERMANENT RECORDS. THEY ARE ONLY SPECIAL EDUCATION DUE PROCESS FORMS AND RECORDS.
