Say hello to Mrs. Cindy Kallsnick! Mrs. Kallsnick is currently the Literacy Coach here at Cedar Ridge School District. Her career began right here in Newark in 1982 as a 2nd grade teacher. She has also taught 1st grade and 3rd grade, and was the Reading Recovery teacher for 4 years before training for her current position in 2001. She has her Master's Degree, and is a National Board Certified Teacher in Literacy: Reading Language Arts/Early and Middle Childhood.

Mrs. Kallsnick's family consists of her husband Scott of 38 years, twins Kyle and Kaylea, and two precious grandchildren. "I love spending time with my family, reading, and traveling. The memories made with my family as well as those I have made with my school family throughout the years are all special to me."
