The Timberwolves defeated the Magnet Cove Panthers 6-2 at the Regional Tournament at Magnet Cove High School on Thursday, securing their spot in the State Tournament next week. In the third inning, Kyle Provence doubled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run and Aiden Jones doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run. Cedar Ridge notched four runs in the fifth inning. Big bats were led by Kade Barber and Abe Ozbun, all sending runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

Aiden Jones led things off on the pitcher's mound. The right-hander surrendered two runs on seven hits over seven innings, striking out 13 and walking one. Wesley Horton, Barber, and Provence all had two hits to lead all hitters.
